Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons champagne vinaigrette (other option it’s ok )
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese and more for garnish(optional)
- 1/4 cup toasted pecans, almonds or pine nuts (optional)
- 2 tablespoons cranberries
- 1/2 cup crispy bacon
- 1/2 apple slices
- Pomegranate seeds
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
