Hello everyone Welcome to my blog! I’m so happy you found me through this window and are visiting what I call “My Passion.” I hope you find something on my page that inspires you in the kitchen and helps you create beautiful culinary memories for your guests (family, friends, etc.). It’s around a good table that we share the most cherished moments with our family and friends. But let me introduce myself formally: I’m Lilo, a mother of two, a teacher for children with special needs, a graduate of the culinary school Le Cordon Blue Miami, creator of a children’s cooking program, aspiring to be a food blogger, and more recently, I discovered my passion for photography, especially food photography and food style. All photos are taken by me with no photography knowledge, just a talent I know is developing within me, and although I still have a lot to learn about it, I hope it will slowly become something incredible. Every recipe written here has been prepared and photographed by me; everything is done with great care, passion, and effort. I’m filled with anticipation, hoping you find the recipe you’re looking for.
That’s my goal every time my children, nephews, husband, family, friends, and clients try something I’ve prepared. I don’t cook diet food, but I do cook food with a superpower: homemade food, the kind that tastes like family around the table, which, in my opinion, is healthy and good for your body and soul!

I define my cooking as the food Mom prepares, comfort food, homemade food, food that touches your mind, your palate, but above all, your heart and soul. May you remember those flavors and smells forever. That’s my goal every time my children, nieces, nephews, husband, family, friends, and clients try something I’ve prepared. I don’t cook diet food, but I do cook food with a superpower: homemade food, food that tastes like family around the table, which, in my opinion, is healthy and good for your body and soul! I carefully choose every ingredient that goes into the mouths of those who will eat my food. I like to use seasonal produce and almost always support local farmers at the Farmers Market. I try to buy organic ingredients whenever possible. I don’t like processed and canned foods. I feel like I’m not being consistent and loyal to my upbringing if I use these types of foods. On my blog you will find a variety of recipes… from gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian,
